The post goes on to day that the current wave of bankruptcies is likely to be much more litigious, as creditors seek news ways to recover money. Reuters quotes Lisa Donahue, Co-Head of the Turnaround & Restructuring Practice at AlixPartners, as saying a big uptick in litigation over bankrupt companies’ collapses could continue for years.
