Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith have expanded their offices in New York City. The Los Angeles based firm signed a lease at 77 Water Street for 75,716 square feet of space. This new space is two times as large as their old location at 199 Water Street. The firm signed a 10 year deal with Goldman Sachs, which subleases the entire building. The lease covers at least three floors.

Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith is a full service firm with 19 offices across the nation including Atlanta, Charleston, Houston, San Francisco, Las Vegas, New Orleans and its headquarters in Los Angeles. The firm has over 700 attorneys and was founded in 1979.
