The law firm of O’Connell & Aronowitz, based in Albany, New York, recently acquired Dorsey Law Firm in Saratoga Springs, New York. The move adds nearly 300 clients to its business.

According to the April 7 article at bizjournals.com, in a statement, Jeff Sherrin, president of the O’Connell firm, was quoted as saying: “The Saratoga location will provide more convenient service for upstate clients. It will also help O’Connell better tap into that market.”

In the same article, Matthew Dorsey, head of Dorsey, was quoted as saying: “We’ll bring a new group of clients to their business, and they’ll bring to our business a new group of specialties. Both sides are very optimistic.”
