Newport Beach, CA based Cummins & White, LLP announced two partners are joining the firm, Melanie Balestra and Melody Mosley. Together, they bring more than 35 years collective experience to the firm.
Melanie Balestra will join the firm’s healthcare practice group. She will focus on issues that affect healthcare providers. As well, she focuses on medical malpractice insurance coverage and defense work.
Melody Mosley’s practice focuses on insurance law. In addition, she is an expert at handling arson, suspected fraud, and claims involving mortgagee issues.
