According to a firm press release, Gordon has tried 70 mass tort cases resulting in jury verdicts totaling over $405 million. That includes a verdict of $22.4 million and 12 additional verdicts that totaled over $10 million.

Gordon is currently involved in the firm’s representation of hundreds of Gulf coast commercial fishermen, those in the travel and tourism industry, and other business owners and individuals who are facing financial losses, property damage and health problems as a result of the BP oil spill disaster.
Prior to joining Weitz & Luxenberg, Gordon served as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, PA, where he was a member of the office’s Felony Jury Unit.
