President Barack Obama, Wednesday, held Syrian President Bashar responsible for the deaths of some 27 civilians while placing strong sanctions on the Syrian Government. The deaths were the result of a three-day attack by the Syrian army and security forces in Talkalakh. Forces used tanks in an attempt to quash protests on the town’s border.
