Deputy Attorney General James Cole was confirmed 55-42 to succeed David Ogden,Virginia Seitz confirmed as Head of Legal Council of DOJ’s Office succeeding Jack Goldsmith and third Lisa Monaco to lead National Security Division of DOJ’s office.
