There is a group of convicted DUI offenders who have volunteered for the duty of picking up trash after a game. Fans entering Chase Field for the Major League Baseball All Star Game will get to see them. Joe Arpaio, County Sheriff, plans to employ the chain gang for the All-Star game, and illegal immigrants will be working among the DUI offenders picking up trash as well.
