Antitrust Case Against GlaxoSmithKline Regarding Flonase to be Decided by Jury, According to Court Ruling

Generic versions of Flonase, a drug widely used to treat allergies, were withheld from consumers for years according to plaintiffs in an antitrust suit against GlaxoSmithKline, the makers of Flonase. A decision by Judge Anita B. Brody is sending the company to a jury trial to determine if they illegally blocked cheaper versions of the drug in order to hold on to the lucrative Flonase market.
