Cigarette makers: Graphic ads on dangers of smoking are unconstitutional

Some of the largest cigarette makers in the nation are challenging the new regulations that require them to print graphic images of health risks of smoking on their packaging. They are saying that it violates the First Amendment by being forced to use half of their product to discourage people from buying that product. However they are not disputing written warnings printed on labels as they say they are based on factual information.
