Yelp, the review site is being represented by Cooley attorneys in its upcoming initial public offering. Kenneth Guernsey, Business partner is leading the team, along with partner Craig Jacoby and associate David Peinsipp. It is not known as to which exchange will trade the stock of Yelp or how many shares will be sold.
