You’re never too old for truth or dare, that favored game of adolescents who need nothing more than the sanction of a game to say and do what they’ve been itching to do all along. Only in this case, the game is “Did Martha Do It?” and the questions were addressed on television by host Andy Cohen with fellow guest Maggie Gyllenhaal predicting how Martha would answer.
As Mail Online reported, Cohen asked Stewart if she had ever “taken a dip in the lady pond,” and had sex with a woman. Gyllenhaal predicted, “I think yes,” but Stewart said “No.”
“Has Martha ever sexted?” asked Cohen. Gyllenhaal guessed no, but Stewart nodded yes. “I’m so happy to hear that! So that’s who those texts were from the other night: Martha!”
“Has Martha ever had a threesome?” Gyllenhaal predicted yes, and Stewart smirked and said “Maybe.” And as maybe means yes, there you have it folks!
Stewart also expressed consonance with disgraced chef Paula Deen, saying, “I feel sorry for Paula Deen,” but was unwilling to comment more on the controversial matter. “I don’t really want to say whether I agree with it or not, I just feel that you have to really watch yourself. Especially in this day and age with cameras all over you.” When asked if the Food Network was right in dropping her, she said “No comment.”
