The overall sentiment seems to suggest that the Republicans hardlined approach isn’t appreciated, and this may bode poorly for Republicans in future elections. With only 19 percent of Republicans staunchly behind their leaders, compared to 40 percent of Democrats strongly behind Obama, this might suggest that Republicans have their work cut out for them in trying to triumph in future elections. All of them are cutting it to the last minute in figuring how to handle the government’s financial difficulties.
