Morrison & Foerster Moves to New Office in Manhattan

The law firm of Morrison & Foerster announced today that it has relocated its office in New York to the new 38-story tower at 250 West 55th Street in Manhattan. The building is owned by Boston Properties. The firm is the anchor tenant in the building, which has close to one million square feet of space. The building is made of LEED Gold glass and was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.

The firm signed a lease for 15 years that includes options during the term that allow for more space and a longer term.

The firm’s office in New York was created in 1987 and is now the second largest in the firm’s network of offices.

In the new building, Morrison & Foerster will occupy 208,000 square feet of space. The firm will also have support space on the concourse level of the building.
