GAIN is a program of the nonprofit Leadership Collier Foundation under the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce. It is chiefly designed for professionals and emerging young leaders in Collier County. Bulloch said, “Our involvement in GAIN and other Chamber-based programs reflects Quarles & Brady’s enduring support of the community and helping to establish future leaders in the Naples area.”

Participants of the GAIN program acquire knowledge about the local history, government, election structures, charitable foundations and more. This enables GAIN graduates to become effective contributors in the community.

Eckert, an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups, joined Quarles & Brady in 2011. Her practice focuses on the management side of labor and employment law, including experience in defending employers on discrimination and harassment matters, providing day-to-day counseling to employers on workplace decisions and practices, and representing businesses and individuals throughout Florida and across America in complex litigation matters. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and New Jersey.
