Barbara Kaplan, the chair of the New York Tax Practice, said the following in the release: “Jamie’s extensive experience in a wide range of U.S. federal tax matters bolsters our global Tax Practice and brings a new dimension to the firm’s experience in this area. He will make an immediate impact.”

The co-managing shareholder of the firm’s New York office, Nancy Mitchell, said the following: “The addition of Jamie continues to build on our strong transactional practice in New York. Null earned his LL.M. from New York University School of Law, his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and his BA from Brandeis University.
