One of the nation’s leading law firms, Dykema, has announced via a press release that Matthew D. Rinaldi has joined the firm in its Dallas office. Rinaldi will work in the firm’s Business and Commercial Litigation practice as senior counsel. He comes from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP. He has also worked for Hughes & Luce.
Rinaldi’s practice focuses on representation of businesses in contract disputes, director and officer liability, securities class action lawsuits, antitrust, election law, intellectual property litigation and insurance coverage.
Rinaldi has experience trying cases in appellate, state and federal courts. Some of his clients are Fortune 500 companies, insurance companies and Big Four accounting firms. He has also represented small companies and individuals.
Bill Finkelstein is the Managing Member of the Dallas office of Dykema. Rinaldi earned his B.B.A. in economics at James Madison University and his law degree from Boston University School of Law. He graduated from both schools cum laude.
