Mr. Allen’s expertise is in copyright-related matters, especially in the new media and entertainment industries. He served for over a decade as the Senior Vice President, Head of Business and Legal Affairs for Universal Music Publishing Group. When working at UMPG, he also headed the New Media Business Development Committee. The team set the course and implementation for cutting-edge internet and digital exploitation policies.
