Walsh spent eight years at the Fortune 14 international healthcare company UHG. There he gained extensive crisis management and healthcare expertise. He was responsible for all major legal issues such as the largest stock-option backdating investigation in the country’s history, multiple congressional and government investigations, and hundreds of cases ranging from regulatory enforcement to complex securities and healthcare class actions.

Walsh also worked as the Assistant United States Attorney in Denver. He earned his B.A. from Middlebury College and his J.D. from Harvard Law School. He first worked at Hogan & Hartson, which is now Hogan Lovells.

When Walsh was working in the U.S. Attorney’s Office he was able to work with a variety of high-profile securities, accounting, tax, and other economic crimes during investigations and jury trials. He has continually worked with federal and state regulators of various organizations and law enforcement agencies from the IRS, FBI, and SEC to local police and Attorney’s General.
