According to New York Law Journal, Acting Supreme Court Justice Robert Stoltz has ordered the jurors to keep deliberating. The judge says he will respond to their note tomorrow morning.

The three former execs are facing dozens of counts each, including charges of conspiracy, falsifying records, and grand larceny.
