He works with corporations, credit institutions, high-net worth individuals, private equity funds, asset management clients, and sovereign wealth funds on acquisitions and disposals of risk transfers, investments, and non-traditional finance structures.

Paul Friedman, managing partner of Morrison & Foerster in Europe said “We are committed to expanding our outstanding corporate and finance capability in London and across Europe. Vlad has a proven track record of success and brings to us extensive experience that complements our existing corporate practice.”

Maly said of his move, “Morrison & Foerster has an outstanding global reputation, and I am excited to join the firm. I look forward to working with my colleagues to serve our clients as effectively as possible and enhance our corporate finance transaction execution capability.”
