Thirty-two year old Eva Gaitan was mad. She was really mad at her ex-husband. Gaitan, of Florida, burned images of her ex-husband onto CD’s that she then mailed and hand-delivered to people. She has now been arrested and charged with stalking.
Gaitan sent the photos to his parents and hand-delivered several copies to his place of employment. The package of CD’s to his employer were labeled “Requires Immediate Attention.” The couple were officially divorced in February.
The police report states that she obtained the naked photos of him from his flash drive. She has admitted to “burning the images to discs” and then distributing the discs.
She was arrested on the misdemeanor charge at her manufactured home that she once shared with her ex-spouse. She pleaded not guilty and is being held at the Pinellas County jail on $1,000 bond. A judge ordered her to have no contact with her former spouse.
