Summary: A man was found passed out in a stolen car in the middle of an intersection with his pants down to his knees revealing his pink lingerie and penis resting in his hand.
Police discovered a man wearing “pink lingerie under his lowered sweatpants” passed out in a stolen car in the middle of a busy intersection in Pittsburgh. The 51-year-old man, Daniel Marchese, was also found with his penis in his hand.
The police found Marchese with “his pants lowered to the middle of his thighs.” Two people that witnessed Marchese, told police he was “masturbating and then passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle.”
When police arrived on scene and moved to arrest Marchese, he awake and fought against being handcuffed. He told police, “How about f*** you, your mother’s a n**** loving whore.” A search of the trunk resulted in the discovery of two handguns. An open bottle of Jack Daniels whiskey was recovered from the front seat between his left leg and the driver’s side door.
He was charged with several crimes including indecent exposure, drunk driving, firearms possession, aggravated assault, receiving stolen property, and making terroristic threats. Marchese is unable to post his $35,000 bail and will remain locked up in Allegheny County jail on felony and misdemeanor charges.
Marchese has been arrested previously for endangering the welfare of a child, drug possession, assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, harassment, disorderly conduct, receiving stolen property, trespass, theft, and public drunkenness.
