

Obama also nominated David Fein of Old Greenwich to be the U.S. attorney of Connecticut. Fein has been a partner at Wiggin and Dana since 1997. He was an associate White House counsel during President Clinton’s administration. Fein also served as Connecticut’s chief federal prosecutor. Fein graduated from Dartmouth College in 1982 and from New York University School of Law in 1985. He will replace acting U.S. attorney Nora Dannehy.
