Thompson Hine Bolsters Cincinnati IP Practice

Thompson Hine has added two partners from Greenebaum Doll & McDonald to its IP practice group in Cincinnati.  Joining the firm are Louis K. Ebling and Carrie A. Shufflebarger.

Ebling was formerly chair of Greenbaum’s IP practice group. His practice focuses on all aspects of U.S. and international trademark law and also advises on unfair competition, Internet, advertising, privacy and copyright issues.

Shufflebarger focuses on IP counseling, prosecution and enforcement, with an emphasis on IP litigation. She has represented clients in disputes in federal trial and appellate courts, before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and before the International Trade Commission.

Thompson Hine was founded in 1911 and has approximately 400 lawyers. It has offices in Atlanta, Brussels, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, New York and Washington D.C.
