This article is about the claim of Lonnell Antwine in the Michigan Court of Appeals, regarding the warrantless search that was conducted in his house, for he was continuously living in his house, even after the house was  condemned and  a notice was affixed regarding the unlawful occupying of the building. However, his claim was ruled out by the court, as there are no 4th amendment rights for squatters.
