CA Man Sues Over Thong Discrimination

Based on the 14th amendment to the US Constitution’s equal protection clause, a San Diego man is suing the city for him wearing a thong in public. Women are allowed to dress this way, indicated Will Walters, who was attending the San Diego 2011 LGBT Pride Festival, but the police are using selective enforcement in regards to the city’s public nudity law.
