Brian Dougan, a director with Gibson & Behman and head of the firm’s Rhode Island office, will oversee the new St. Croix location, working with a team of attorneys and administrative support staff.
The St. Croix office will replace the firm’s St. John location, and will allow better access to district courts in both St. Croix and St. Thomas.
The St. Croix practice will focus on civil litigation, personal injury, product liability and workers compensation for businesses and insurance companies throughout St. Croix and St. Thomas.
Founded in 1987, Gibson & Behman has offices throughout the northeast, in Florida and California.
Gibson & Behman does not have a staffed St. Croix office. There may be an office, or a mail delivery address, but no staffed office. Most of the offices listed on the Gibson website are only other lawfirms which allow Gibson to use their address. There are no indiviuals actually employed by Gibson at any of these offices. These offices have Gibon’s toll free number which rings in their Burlington office, where they pretent to be other offices. Another example is there announcement of Daniel Gibson, Jr. overseeing a staff in their Maine office. The Maine office is actuall the office of another attorney formerily affiliated with Gibson & Behman. That office, located in Oguinquit does not have any Gibson & Behman employees in it.
