However, a Los Angeles teen, who was 17 at the time of the incident, was ogled by a man who masturbated and acted inappropriately for an entire 6-hour flight on United Airlines, and the woman, Monica Amestoy, has hired (in)famous lawyer Gloria Allred to sue the airline for not doing more to stop the man.
“After we took off, the guy in the aisle seat across from me started masturbating and exposing himself while staring at me,” said Amestoy, as reported on KTLA5.
She immediately informed the flight attendant, but to no effect. “I thought he would tell the man to stop or move. He did neither. The flight attendant told me that he couldn’t move me because there were no seats available in my class.”
That passenger later was convicted for his behavior. Monica, meanwhile, informed her dad of the incident upon landing, and they opened a suit with Allred.
“We have filed this lawsuit and are speaking out because we want United to have a clear policy that they implement to protect victim passengers in the future,” said Allred.
Another example of failing to take responsibility.

The girl should have been reseated and a flight attendant should have been seated next to the man and finished him off to completion, leaving both customers satisfied.
