Blank Rome LLP, founded in 1946, has nearly 500 attorneys serving clients around the world. They are an international law firm representing businesses and organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-up entities.

Mr. Miller comes from Thompson Hine LLP , where he was a partner in the business litigation group. He is a member of the panel of mediators for both the New York State Supreme Court Commercial Division of New York County and the Southern District of New York. A member of the New York State Bar Association’s Commercial & Federal Litigation Section in its Committee of the Commercial Division and Committee on Arbitration and ADR.

He is actively involved in numerous community groups, including serving as a board member of the Bowery Resident’s Committee (“BRC”), a homeless services organization, and as vice president of the New York City Department of Education, Community Education Council, District 2.

Mr. Miller received his BA from Cornell University and his JD, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law. He is permitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the U.S District for the Southern District of New York.
