1. This past weekend there was a 3-day country music/BBQ festival in Chicago called Windy City Smokeout. I went on Friday night with a friend from my small group and a few of her friends and it was so much fun! Also – I drank beer and didn’t feel sick (gluten) yay!!!! Mostly “yay” because beer was half the price of any other drink they offered…

2. Is it creepy that I took a picture of someone’s outfit to put on pinterest? Sadly her bag was covering it up… but still. Thoughts? Is that weird? Probably… Of course now I just put it on my blog so…

 

3. I am going to DENVER in ONE WEEK!!!!! I am so excited! My (human) BFF, Maddie, and I love going to see ABBA (cover band) at the Red Rocks so I decided to make a trip out there for the concert!

5. Last week I was really good about getting up early and taking a walk, I even got in some great sunrises. This week… not so much. I’ve been walking during lunch and after work rather than before, but I miss my quiet mornings. Maybe next week…

 

6. Does anyone else wish they made these helmets in adult-size? Because I DO!

 

 

7. I cannot get the song “Fancy” out of my head. Seriously. My friend mentioned it three days ago in a text and I sing it ALL DAY LONG. I don’t even know anything other than three lines of the chorus! Save me.
