I realize “Monday Mantra” would be a much better alliteration, but since I don’t usually post on Saturdays, I thought it would be the perfect day to send a little positive thinking out to all of you.

Several of my friends who are recovering from eating disorders have this mantra tattooed on their wrists 🙂 It’s a great one to live by. Thanks for the reminder!
