Summary: The case involving teacher Jamila Williams has led to a lawsuit against Grand Rapids Public Schools for Title IX violations and how the issue was handled.
The Grand Rapids Public School System is at the center of a lawsuit that was filed on Tuesday that centers around how the district handles sexual allegations made against a teacher, according to WoodTV8.
Grand Rapids University Prep Academy is being sued by the families of five students, who claim that the district did not investigate complaints made by students and parents about Jamila Williams, a teacher at the school.

Last October, Williams was convicted of criminal sexual conduct for having sex with two students. She was sentenced to eight to 15 years in prison.
The lawsuit takes on the criminal allegations and Williams’ history of sexual encounters with five students at the school. It claims multiple violations of the Title IX law and that Williams would snap her thing in the hallway. The lawsuit also claims Williams would talk about the boys being sexually attractive.

The lawsuit then claims that the Assistant Principal from University Prep Kenyatta Hill went with Williams to her victims’ classrooms and stood there as she asked who they told and what they told after the complaints were filed against her by parents.
The suit also says that some of the victims started getting low grades and missed assignments because of their relationship with the teacher. Leaders at the school also did not help the students transfer to other schools when they were told they would not be welcome at University Prep any longer.
Even though the lawsuit names just five boys, nine have come forward so far in the case.
During a news conference to announce the lawsuit, a mother of one of the boys said, “You would think that since all of this has happened that we would have received an apology from the school, that the school would ask how our boys are doing or even if there is anything they can do to help us. Instead it has been complete silence.”

This must be a real blunder because we know that NO woman would ever do the things she’s accused of. This is a clear cut case of a frame up. Poor thing !
This will pull down women’s sexual liberation several notches.
You are kidding, right?
You have stumbled upon the truth !
Aha…either you are utterly stupid or a dishonest feminazi. When was it “women’s sexual liberation” means exploiting young boys sexually? And what will happen if the genders were reversed? The so called liberal media and women’s groups will break the hell. Take your hypocrisy somewhere else.
You need to learn to read between the lines. LOL! You didn’t even have the patience to look at the other responses to my post.
Sorry mate sometimes it’s friendly fires!
You are asleep. Feminists claim that female perpatrators do not exist. For this reason they expanded the definition of this crime, but ensured that victims are only counted if the victim is penetrated by the perpetrator:

You are also dreaming if you read the statistics that show that there are just as many female perpetrators as there are male perpetrators:

You can wake up now, and forget all of these “facts”, because the feminist religion assures you that none of this happens.
Here is the correct link, imgur is not working right today:

“Forced penetration” gives the impression they forced a penetration, “forcibly penetrated” is a better term.
Actually, ad coerced too, because only forced gives the idea physical force was used, when in most cases it doesn’t happen and coercion is the method employed.
Forcibly penetrated implies the man(penetrator) did it forcefully to the woman(penetratee)
In this case, it’s meant to mean that the woman forced a man to penetrate her.
They keep changing the definitions depending on the point they want to make.
Lying is very creative.
Not so Pretty little liars
They award college credits nowadays for that.
RAPE is NOT EQUAL to having sex WITH, Mr. Vassallo.

Are you perhaps referring to a different article? or engaging in the most time honored feminist bait and switch tactic.
Tell that to the liberal women in campuses who claims “raped” after every drunken encounter.
She was sentenced 8-15 years for having sex with underage boys?? It must be because she is black. White women do that ALL the time and they don’t get hardly ANY jail time. What a freaking racist justice system we live in.
