Charges are Constitutional in Facebook Threat Case According to Feds

Federal prosecutors are encouraging a judge to refute a man’s challenge of a cyberstalking statute. The defendants lawyer argued that the law is overboard and vague, and that the postings on facebook were merely artistic expression, or a way or venting frustrations. The lawyer, Cooper, also states that as the posts were only read by the defendants friends, they cannot truly be a threat.
