Duane Morris Picks New Head of Corporate Practice

Drawing from its Baltimore office, Philadelphia based law firm Duane Morris has tapped partner George J. Nemphos to head its corporate practice, says the Philadelphia Business Journal.  Mr. Nemphos left his former firm, DLA Piper, in 2006 in order to manage the newly opened Duane Morris Baltimore office.

Founded in 1904 as Duane, Morris, Heckscher & Roberts, Duane Morris LLP employs more than 700 lawyers in 23 offices in the United States, London, Singapore and Vietnam. In addition to legal services, Duane Morris has independent affiliates employing approximately 100 professionals engaged in other disciplines.
