An immigration enforcement program by Obama administration called 1-9 Audit targets small and big employers in the US. The program is directed at determining undocumented workers employed in some companies. There are forms that must be filled by the employer and the employees. This policy is already proving effective in fishing out employers who take up workers without lawfully documenting them.
