Vinson & Elkins Adds Michael Telle to Houston Office

Summary: The law firm of Vinson & Elkins announced this week that it has added Michael Telle to the firm in its Houston office as a corporate partner. 

The law firm of Vinson & Elkins announced via a press release today that Michael Telle joined the firm in the Houston office as a corporate partner.

Telle joins the firm from Bracewell & Giuliani LLP. At the firm, he was the head of the Capital Markets group. Telle has experience with corporate and securities law surrounding issues such as corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and securities law compliance.
