Haaaaappy Tuesday everyone!
If you follow me on Instagram, you probably already know that I’m a fan of Vitafusion MultiVites, and apparently a few of you are too!
I’ve mentioned before that I don’t like reviewing products unless they’re something I’d spend my own money on. Well, you know what? Before I was contacted by FitFluential about Vitafusion, I had already been buying and using these exact vitamins! I buy them either at my local CVS or Walmart Neighborhood Market.
They aren’t very expensive (est. retail is $11.50 for 150ct) and I love that they’re gummies. The gummies is a big deal to me since before buying these I rarely took a multivitamin. Every time I tried starting a new one they’d make me feel so nauseous shortly after taking them, even with food. The gummies have given me ZERO problems. Plus they’re delicious… They come in natural berry, peach and orange flavors. I also hear they have sour flavored gummies, which I need to keep my eye out for!
Vitafusion Multivites provide your essential daily formula, are made for adults, and combine key nutrients and natural flavors. As you can see above, they compare how each serving has to that in food – like as much vitamin A as a cup of broccoli!
They also have 200%of the daily value for Vitamin D, which I like because here in Chicago we don’t get a lot of sun in the winter and spring months!
Do you see how many ingredients are listed? NINE. That’s all! And I actually know what they all are. I’m so smart.
Anyway, now that we’ve established my intelligence, I definitely recommend VitaFusion Multivites. Like I said before, I’d been buying these for months before I was even contacted about them, so you know I‘m a fan!
Do you take a multi-vitamin?
What kinds of supplements do you use?
This post is sponsored by VitaFusion through FitFluential. All opinions expressed are my own.
i agree! worth the money. My husband has been stealing mine. That’s proof right there! haha
So good – even my friend in Charleston whose wedding I went to this weekend had big costco sized containers!
i’ve heard nothing but good things about these!
Me too! I’m dying to try the sour ones!
Gummy vitamins are awesome! And I’m so impressed with the ingredient list. Too bad they aren’t sugar free as well, but actually thinking about it, without some kind of sweetener gummy vitamins would be pretty gross. Lol. Great stats, and that’s so cool that they have real fruit/veggies and coconut oil!
Haha they would probably be pretty weird without sweetener!
I LOVE gummy vitamins, but I stopped taking them because they contain gelatin (which a lot of vegetarians will not eat). It makes me sad! I wish they would make them without the gelatin :(.
Awww I’m sorry! That’s too bad 🙁
I used to take those vitamins, and I have a huge Costco sized container sitting in my pantry! I stopped though because I wanted a vitamin with a larger selection of nutrients, including calcium.
make sure those don’t expire in there!
These are the exact vitamins I use! I buy the Costco-sized bottle and take Adora calcium discs along with them 🙂
oh I’ve always wanted to try adora calcium discs!
I love gummies too – that makes me feel like a little kid. 🙂 If multi’s usually make you feel sick, take them at night!
I’ve tried that, I just always forget to take it at night! I’m much better about remembering with breakfast.
I take a multi, fish oil, calcium/D/Magnesium blend, and Vitamin B gummies for energy. I really noticed a difference once I started taking the vitamin B mix. I have more energy, especially in the morning.
What vitamin B gummies do you take?
I’ve never heard of these ones, but I’m totally a fan of anything in gummy form. Especially vitamins. It’s kind of more fun to chew them than just taking them with water.
I take a few different vitamins, like multivitamin, calcium, and vitamin D, oh and zinc.
I agree – it’s like getting a little piece of candy! just a bit less sweet…
I definitely take a multi every day 🙂
Good, good!
I buy these for Cody otherwise he won’t take his vitamins. 🙂 I take Nature Made Prenatals at the moment.
Too bad there aren’t gummy prenatals!
Coconut oil? Why’d they have to go and ruin a good thing?? Just kidding. I actually don’t take a multi, I used to take probiotics, fish oil, and a supplement to boost my red blood cells every day but I got sick of taking everything and stopped. I think my diet is fairly balanced so I’m probably okay though.
lol I didn’t even think of that! Rude.
I never knew there were gummies for adults until these. Love them!
I didn’t either until I found these! So good!
I take Gummi Vites and Viactiv. Viactiv has vitamin D as well, which is thought to support breast health/prevent breast cancer
I used to take Viactive, so good! Sadly my doctor told me the sweeteners in there were probably part of what was upsetting my stomach… womp womp.
I love gummies too!!
I take a multi-vit right now w/fish oil & a cell recovery pill. I feel fantastic!
Oooo I’ve never heard of a cell recovery pill, sounds important for all that body pump though!
Thanks for the review. I’ve been seeing reviews for these all over, and I definitely want to try them. I think I have tried them before but never bought them myself. I used to take a lot of pill vitamins, but I don’t anymore at all because it’s a lot to take!
Yea I’m not a fan of a bunch of pills, plus this is way more fun!
